Click HERE to see the HHVID-3 Users Manual.  It will describe the commands and data used by the POS as well as how to receive data back from the HHVID-3.

The hardware provided:

Vented metal case which allows fan-free use for long life.  Four USB ports, an ethernet port and a high speed wifi (either can be used).  An HDMI output for a TV or monitor display and sound.  A removable Micro-SD card on the back to hold the programs and data.  The size is only 3.75x2.3x1.2" and can be easily attached to the back of a display with supplied industrial velcro strips.

A wireless keypad is used to remove your orders and control the HHVID-3.  The full-travel keys give a long life and the AAA battery lasts many months before it needs replacing.  In order mode, both the 1 key and 0 key bump off the oldest order to extend the life even further.  The keypad comes with a one year warranty.

The same keypad is available as a wired version if you prefer.

All for only $229, and even less with volume discounts.

You get a HHVID-3 Order Processor and wireless keypad.  You need to supply a TV or monitor that fits your needs.  Currently we support Full-HD 1080P(1920x1080), 720P (1366x768), and 1280x1024 (ACER V176L).  Need a different resolution - Call us.

HHVID-3 Multi-Function Kitchen Display System (KDS/KVS)

and Managers Dashboard

The HHVID-3 makes it easy for the POS developer by taking order information, either all at once, or line by line, and managing the queing, removal (bumping) and timing of those orders.  A simple socket interface with comma delimited or XML command lines control it.  An internal database keeps the timing information to calculate order completion averages, and that information can be sent back to the POS upon request.  Monitors of different sizes and resolution are supported including FULL HD (1920x1080).  With Full HD, you have the option to use the right side of the monitor as a manager's dashboard where Drive-Thru averages and charts can be shown.  The charts are sent from your PC using XML to display anything you desire.  The drive-thru (or kitchen/counter) averaging is calculated and shown automatically for the last 30 minutes and the previous four weeks!
